Pursuits of Happiness: a christmas without my dad n sist wyone..

last year. 2008. a christmas celebration without them. dun get me wrong, they r still alive. in a good condition. hopefully. just that they did not celebrate christmas with us. somewhere else. could not make it back home. sadly. however, it's still a blessed celebration. went to church. thanking God. visited relatives. but, for me, the most excited things is the preparation time.

while shopping for ingredients to bake cakes and biscuits wit sis laine n her two cuties. look at arryan's face. hahah..

"kek lapis sarawak" to be exact. even though my kek idola did not turn out to be that perfect. sweet. i baked "kek lapis sarawak with help from my sist laine. thank's sist! ;) i don't know what would happen if i bake it all alone. hahah. but i love my "kuih makmur" that i baked. nice. my favourite. huhuu. usually im just a helper to my sist wyone. but last year, it was all up to me. huhuu. feels a lil weird. but, trained me to be independent. lol.

then, we decorated the christmas tree. with help of mum, sist teph, bro wayne, johannes, sist laine n her cute son; arryan. huhuu. we tried our best to finish it fast before darwysh wake up. if not, there would be more difficulty if that lil one wake up. that's what sist laine said. her youngest son. she knows him best. hahah. it was wonderful moment. decorating the christmas tree together. lovely.

we went to our relatives houses on the first n second day of christmas. sist laine, her husband n the two adorable creatures. em kid actually. heheh. they joined us that whole christmas day. at least we don't feel 'lonely' at all. we had a great day overall.
